Give it some time and it will happen.HBM normally take their time on partnerships, Hlo may take a few weeks to move to over .10 to .15 cents.I just keep buying it on the pull backs; i feel that all the .06/.065/.07/.075/ have all gone, you may have to go above .08 cents to have a position.
