Warrants expired, Time of the year ? In November ... ...financing has been done /closed  if any ....Halo only raised $450000 capital so far....? What is Halo waiting for.? ... I do not mind more financing down the road, just "HOW" and with "WHO"!!!!

And if they are in negotiations with warrant holders as part as they are major holders there likely is an agreement in place for either extension or as part of the buyout. This being news with drilling for gold in Red Lake area should be soon. I have to believe that ongoing negotiations are ongoing with parties. Also HBM announcement on their action should also be soon. I believe that this is why

Well, Everything is possible .... here,, ---I do NOT think HBM will buy Halo out as Halo is way too small by assets... potential ? yes! but not in 2 years till Lynda shows more goods in depth ...... ---Also there are only 7 weeks to the Xmas time. If no Financing in Nov ,, It can't be done by the end of the year.. this is somewhat time sensitive "JOB" --- No financing
