no where does it state that they traded on this information. I would like to know if you have information or have dug out the insider trades done by them.
the allegations are quite simple. they internally knew of problems with the brokers and this cuased their originations to fall off . They failed to disclose this for six months and gave vague reasons for the fall off in the annual report, q1 2015 and on an earnings call.
no mention of trading. just crappy late poor disclosures.
two and a half years ago.
hardly seems relevant now that they are all gone. and the company remained profitable.
but yes they should slap them hard on the wrists. Big fines.
but the company's business until this point remained in tact
