In addition, Home Trust and its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Bank offer deposits through brokers and financial planners, and through a direct-to-consumer brand, Oaken Financial. RE:RE:Other than BH, only 7% tenderedits easy for them to work around the tax. They will pay 15% on the dividend portion but will also This transaction should be tax neutral for them.

But can can see them exiting, HCG is so small for their perspective compared to other investments. 

All I have to say “Thank you, BH” they really helped restore confidence and expedited the company getting on firm footing again. We as long term investors could have got such a worse deal.
