In addition, Home Trust and its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Bank offer deposits through brokers and financial planners, and through a direct-to-consumer brand, Oaken Financial. Its mortgage lending includes classic single-family residential lending, insured residential lending, residential commercial lending, and non-residential commercial lending. I end up buying more shares mid December for $40.50, put all my share up for redemption, and now rebuying back to my original amount between 39-40 a share. (For my TFSA and RRSP accounts, not worth it in cash account)

I feel like I took candy from a child. 

I don't know if we'll see a NCIB or dividend first. Would love to see a dividend of $0.20-$0.25 a share initiated with a special dividend of $1.00 to screw the shorts. 

canader posted the short info and we can see an increase of 581k shorted shares this is keeping the price down.
