RE:OUCHI agree that the company should get out and promote and raise money. If you remember Boatanchor was suppose to be the big promoter for the company and raise money. i dont think he raised a dime for the company. In my humble opinion they should have gotten rid of him of him a long time ago. I think they should have never hired him in the first place. He is a big drag on the company. There are a lot of other ways I think that they should cut that I wont go into right now. As far as the lawsuit is concerned I just do not think Ruby has the funds to continue the lawsuit or keep the company going. Everyone is gone. Rob runs practically the whole show. The news coming out of Ruby is even a lot less than what is coming out of HNDI. At least we know HNDI is still alive. The shareholders are pleading for an update on Ruby which never seems to come through. All the things that Rob said he was going to do looked great when he came back but nothing has happened since then. If he wants to keep the company going he should come up with somthing, anything to keep interest. Even if he says he is looking at equipment to put the company back in production. That way the shareholders will know Ruby is still alive.
