Handeni Gold Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company operates through the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties segment. The Company's principal business is the acquisition and exploration of mineral resources located in Tanzania, Africa. Its principal area of focus is the Handeni Gold Project located in the Handeni district, within the Tanga region of the Republic of Tanzania in East Africa, in which it has interests in mineral claims through prospecting licenses (PLs) and/or primary mining licenses (PMLs). The Handeni Gold properties lie within the Handeni artisanal gold mining district, located in Tanga Province, approximately 175 kilometers (km) northwest of Tanzania's city, Dar Es Salaam, and about 100 km southwest of the more northerly coastal city of Tanga. The total area held by the Company in the Handeni district is approximately 236.65 square kilometers.

RE:RE:RE: Handeni in Ruby Creek NewsBill Was a great guy and we all miss him dearly. It was so sudden. Thats why we have to live every day to the fullest and enjoy as much as we can every day because we do not know what the next day will bring.
   I do not expect much out of HNDI. The news releases and the way that they are handling the company is terrible. I think the company would have been a lot better off with Harp running the company at least the share price would have been a lot better. At the time Craig Alford had a lot of places he wanted to drill but ended up never being drilled. They just let him go. The only good thing is Mengi has been able to keep the company from disappearing. I think all the hugh volume in HNDI here of late is people buying up stock for next to nothing and are going to sell when the price goes up to .01 or .02 a share where they can double or triple their money.
