No, you finance the development with bank debt. It's the best ESG story, replace coal power gen in South Africa with 11b gas. Everyone will want to finance that.

No, it makes more sense for AFE to stay-in for the development and continue exploring 11b. That would generate over $50 million per year net cash just from Leopard.

Yes, EOG is selling part of their other block in South Africa and talking about drilling wells there next year. Nevermind they just wasted more than $15 million on Gazania.
