problem here is how to explain to loyalists how the plan can still work.
this should(and was) a no-brainer back in the day.

land too expensive in core area.cost over-runs,and then a melt down of your most likely suiter put the kibosh on that.
new area and with some success but harder to exploit due to land and offtake issues so a struggle that you didn't want to have.
carrot creek is a mess right now to establish a foothold and by extension niton.
crocotta and their partners will probably rule there and the 6 or so aussie co.s that are hoping for extortion will hopefully dissappear.
i think hyx has some good backing if they keep the debt reasonable so now it's up to the boss to make the right move.
