now it has some upside potential

now it has some upside potentiali dont think that anything is wrong with the company  by looking at the results.it was just that it had to retreat in price so that it would be worth holding on to it.they will not cut the dividend, have long term contracts.now ,it looks cheap and attractive because  it has upside potential higher +juicy distribution.many oil companies have much higher payout ratios ,and to me this high oil price will cripple the economy,so reits once again will be the safe place ,just my opinion
