Good points..I own it now and would like to buy more....one area of concern I would have at least in Canada is that the operators of these facilities in the future will have a tougher time..the availability of subsidies for seniors living in these homes is not as easy as it used to be. This model only works if the operators are able to make a good profit. The strategy in the USA of going more upscale might be better...just thoughts!
