On the point of managment not having to address what happened at Prognoz, we do not agree. This was a terrible managment decision, only struck down because it was SO ridiculous that shareholders actually stood up and said NO. But it evades the obvious question. Why did OUR management try this in the first place. Anybody else out there think maybe we should have an answer??? After all, would this not shake the confidence of any thinking person, to think that the managment of a company they invest in would contemplate such a deal on behalf of their interests. I DO! It is what is holding this company down, as I see it. Maybe the ONLY thing really. So we do not agree on this, no big deal, but it is sort of important, after all they are supposed to represent US, or do they???  What do you think?? Do they or not? If so, how do you explain that proposed deal???
