RE: Things are happenning

RE: Things are happenningHi there,

I have been a shareholder of this company a while back (6 years ago) and purchased my shares at 1.40$.  I sold my shares in 2004 thinking that the potential had been met.  I always continued watching this company, especially with the Prognoz asset that they took a position in.  I was thinking of coming back in May or a few weeks before they announced their horrible plan, hoping that they would spin-out to the shareholders some of their assets into a newco, with new management, based on the value of their properties and production.  I agree with all the recent posts about the BOD and upper management being utterly senseless in their spin-in proposal.  That did it for me.  Their reputation is toast.  I will not invest a penny in this company before I see significant change in management and focus.  There are no reasons why this company should not be successful with the assets it has.  What a piss poor job present management is doing.  I just wanted to share my opinion, which basically confirms what the latest posts have been mentionning about the share price languishing...

Good luck and I will keep checking in to see if any worthwhile changes are being implemented.  Shareholders have to take position and fire the BOD and the management afterwards.  This company is not the only one in this situation I might add, unfortunately... the regulating bodies need to be dedusted!
