RE: Back in...

RE: Back in...I think you do very well. This is a funny situation. We have investors willing to buy at $1.79, people willing to sell at $1.33!  It tells you something.
If I want a deal to go through and I am offering money at $1.79 it is actually a net benefit to anyone buying at $1.33
So why doesn't the investor buy up all the shares below $1.79 when offered now? Because if they did, then shareholders would ask for a higher price. You here it here a bit, even at this discount price. If the investor came in here and started buying in ernest, the price would be much higher, but not be an advantage to them. They are buying a huge block, and they want it to go through because they see the value of assets here, and especially I think Prognoz.
The irony is that this little pull back in gold, silver and many commodities is helping them.IMO
As for the fall in commodity prices. Big deal. It is so hard to believe that people on tout TV place so much long term nonsense on volatile markets, which are still in a bull run. Just check back when they were saying oil could not even get to $100. How about gold trying to get to $800, then it was the last peak, then it was $900 ... etc. Of course these markets are going to be very volatile. We have a desperate set of politicians and economists who predict something different every few weeks, and obviously do not know what to say or do.IMO  Meanwhile here is reality. Whether we get a slowdown worldwide we are not going to see the rest of the world suddenly stop consuming. Yes you can have China have a slowdown, but it is sort of like looking at the US at the turn of the century, it was ALWAYS going to be up for the US, BUT with big volatile periods. Now we have way more than anything we have EVER seen coming on, and people still do not get it. We have 3 Billion plus people wanting more, and starting the curve UP of consumption, of EVERYTHING.
My point. Buy on the pullbacks, play if you like, but the commodity boom is far from over. It is taking a small breather. Any wonder???? If you do not see that, then get out for sure, and watch it unfold. The US meanwhile has such structural problems to solve that it is just a matter of time before we hear the next crisis spot emerge. Oil, if it goes down, consumption will rise again. There is no easy way out of this.
So my opinion. You are probably getting your last stretch, where HRG is really cheap. When the deal is done, this company will have VERY deep pockets behind it. They will develop Prognoz, and become a major. That is how I see it  Its a gift at these prices, brought to you by a convergence of circumstances.IMO
