Are we going to have a choice to tender or not in light of this Private Placement thingy? I don't know too terribly much about how all this works but when I read about the PP I was very worried thinking that with Severstal having a larger position they will be able to out vote all the rest of the shareholders. Unfortunately, I can't join you in buying more or I would, I am out of cash.
