I have already asked IR if  questions are required to be submitted in advance, the answer as of 2 weeks ago was no.  Now given the current status I would not be at all surprised if Severstal plays the "GAG" card.  So everyone should call HRG and clarify this point, and ask for written confirmation of same AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

Most AGM's follow a specific protocol, if you can, attend any meeting prior to the HRG meeting so you get a feel for the how they are structured.
