SHOUT IT AT THE AGM!Hey fellow swindled:
CJ and others posting here are absolutely right. NO ONE should sell into this sham. "Independent" directors my patoot--in my opinion they haven't abdicated as much as blatantly and willfully overrode and ignored their responsibilities to we minority shareholders. How can the directors (more like dependent on Severstal IMO) possibly justify this massively low-ball, obviously manipulative $0.22/share grab at what production 5 and others have so painstakingly and clearly delineated as our emphatically more valuable $2 buck + per share assets, and even more, particularly in light of our rapidly improving financial situation? Do you like being taken, cheated, kept in the dark, and denied your due? Are you going to meekly whimper while this company is stealthily stolen on your watch from underneath your feet?
C'mon folks! You owe it to yourself, to every loved one behind you at home, to every poster here who has spent time, money, and effort believing in this company, and to every investor everywhere who trusted a BOD and company to act in their best interests to ATTEND THE AGM WITH A WILL TO FIGHT! It's easy to attend if you've never been--just bring proof of your shareholdings, preferably the form you'll receive with your shareholder package assuming that we ever get that in time from this (IMO) skulking, slithery lot.
Let's flood that pivotal meeting with our likes until we flood out the doors and make the halls and rafters shake with our valid-to-the-bone complaints. Let's demand state-of-the-art info on operating mines, on Bissa which is now some two years overdue, on that world-class asset Prognoz that we have been denied so long, and on our other investments and properties. Let's demand a lucidly clear layout, in layman's terms, of our debt obligations and repayment plans. Let's demand projections of debt retirement and profitability. Let's demand that the BOD prove how they have and are and will be working to MAXIMIZE our share value, which is their prime duty. Let's go not so much for fun, but to behead, quarter, and roast beyond recognition those who would deny us our rights so that no BOD or operator of this company will ever again mistake us for weak and withering souls.
