AGM get active
The BOD have totally abdicated their resposibilities toward all shareholders, and have done a great disservice to the minority shareholders given all the manouvers by Severstal.
Who is the independent appraiser? I thought that was their function!
What are their credentials?
What was the range? The high? the low?
What methodology was used and what assumptions, time horizon?
Where is the estimate for BISA?
If Severstal wants to nit pick I think charlwood is on the right track, Severstal did not comply with the hardship rules, (5 days notice) and has been using them as a sheild to cover their deceipt. Time to get ready to call them out. Severstal is in for another $10 million, and they will have to deal with the 43% they still do not own.
Has anyone received their shareholder package yet?

I know who received it (yesterday?) but I haven't received anything yet (hopefully I'll see something when I head home this evening).
