The first thing we need to do is get a LEGAL copy of the shareholder's list.  Once we have this, we still have to be careful with privacy issues.  What we did last time is I was the only one who had the whole list.  I carved up the list in blocks of 50-100 shareholders and would give out these blocks to volunteers by email only so that shareholders information were never made public. 

This list did not have phone numbers, just names and addresses.  We would have to use Canada411.ca, whitepages.ca...and others, sometimes having to do reverse searches by address but eventually, we got most phone numbers and contacted a large majority of the retail vote and Rosseau had to eat crow at the end and split the board between old and new...he thought it was a cake walk for him to steal the company but retail proved we could mobilise and get things done.   We do need a lawyer for us to get the list legally...that right now is the biggest issue.  For the rest, we can work things out...I have been there and done that and have been very impressed with all the professionalism from all the volunteers that came forward for Noront and Richard Nemis!  I have no doubt the same can be done with the great bunch we have here!
