RE: I have added quite a bit today
RE: I have added quite a bit today Hey Proud You have mentioned a per centage of shares that must ber submitted to have the offer accepted. Assuming 500 million shares they need .9 x .43 x 500 million = 194 million shares (approx). The list created on this board accounted for 15 million? So my deep and burning question is who will sell for 22 cents. If I were long hrg I would have bought in above 22 cents some time ago they did trade at $3.50 in better times. I find it hard to believe that those 194 million shares were bought for anywhere near an average price of 22 cents. My conclusion is that you are right they wont get 90%. Question where did you get this 90% from?? I've asked on this board some time ago what percentage have to tender for it to be a done deal. I hope your figure of 90% is correct. I bought back in today after the nr I had sold my position recently had other investments to tend to and had a 20 cent bid in. I bought in at 21 cents figureing the light of heart would fade away and we would see sp above the 22 cents. Time will tel but those russians are ckskers.
