RE: Minority shares not voted?

RE: Minority shares not voted? What Severstal is doing is circumventing the "buy out" process entirely.  They are digesting chunks and diluting via the 61-101 instrument, we don't get to vote, and that's their strategy, because they already own a controlling interest.  If they were coming from the outside...different story. Severstal will accumulate where and when they can, and get to set the price themselves to boot.  They will swallow up as much as they want, then invoke the "squeeze out" provisions governed by none other than our good  friends at the OSC, lock stock and barrel.

Get Royal to call their loans!!

This reads like Brian Mulroney, he is quilty in the court of public opinion of many things, yet in the eyes of the law, broke no laws. Sick isn't it?

As I said earlier the AGM will be the only time you get to make your grievances heard!
