RE: updated listCCharlwood, if we get a copy of the list, it usually has the list of shareholders, addresses and number of shares. This was a touchy subject for some as this is personal. However with Noront, when I had the list, I was the only one who saw the share count. I tried not to pay attention to the number of shares people had except to make sure that those with high number of shares were called by our most knowledgeable and well spoken volunteers. Once everything was finished with the vote, I deleted all the records. When I forward the list to individuals to call, I remove the share count for privacy issues.
