What's up with HRG's delisting review?

What's up with HRG's delisting review?It was announced on 11.21.08 that it was going to be given 210 days tomeet the listing requirements by the TSX(https://www.tsx.com/en/news_events/news_releases/11-21-2008_TSX-ReviewHRG.html).

210 days is approximately 7 months. And 7 months is takes us to thismonth! Anyone know what's up with this? I couldn't find any updates onTSX's website about this.
