This is a good idea, to send complaints into TSX and also to call them.  I have seen a situation before where they reacted to a large number of complaints.  The TSX / TSX-V can be no-nonsense sometimes, regardless of which company they are dealing with.  They have the abilities to freeze everything if they sense potential funny business is going on, and then force the BoD of the company to address the issues (one by one) to TSX satisfaction.
