Call the TSX and register a complaint against the private placement. It may not do much, but when a number of complaints come thru, they will start to pay attention.

I have contacted IIROC and they will be reviewing tha aspect of share price manipulation going back to March 09.

Call Shane Szado Ext 4237 at the TSX. He is the  new  listings manager over HRG, and is new to the file.

This is a good idea, to send complaints into TSX and also to call them.  I have seen a situation before where they reacted to a large number of complaints.  The TSX / TSX-V can be no-nonsense sometimes, regardless of which company they are dealing with.  They have the abilities to freeze everything if they sense potential funny business is going on, and then force the BoD of the
