RE: RE: My Apologies.....I'm sure the OSC have ample detail on what a miner has to prove for a valuation, but I'll bet they have precious little on a devaluation because who would want to do that unless you had to....someone who wants to reduce the value of a company to sell it to himself would, that's who! HRG is a textbook example of why it is dangerous to invest in Canada with the type of loose safeguards we have against white collar crime. Why do you think the Nortel stock manipulators wanted to get tried in Canada as opposed to the US? Conrad Black would have much preferred to face a Canadian court.

That's not to say that nothing can be done outside the OSC, but accessing justice in Canada or the US, is so expensive and time consuming that only people and companies with deep pockets can do it. The rest of us must suffer the fate of peons.
