RE: My Apologies....."How do we know that they have not paid off some "independent thirdparty" to undervalue some of the results from Prognoz or any otherproperty.....I don't want to become some conspiracy theorist but thatis what this stock has done to me!!

I guess the russians did their homework and realized that besides Russia, Canada was another Country where investors could be ripped off with a blatant disregard for regulations and no penalization........."

I'm not too sure or experienced with the regulations, OSC, audits etc, but (If I''m not thinking out of my arse) I assume come audit time, under NI 43-101 (and I'm paraphrasing here) the valuation method and key assumptions must be revealed...purpose and scope of the valuation...author of the valuation and their professional qualifications and relationship with Severstal. I'm wondering if this should have already been revealed.
