volume telling the tale?

volume telling the tale?    If you forget the massive tax loss selling last November and the subsequent large volume Jan 2nd of this year (when the tax loss sellers repurchased a position), today will have the largest volume in the last 20 months.

It means the market (or more likely the institutional investors) like what happened with the dilution. It also means that a 60 cent offer from Severstaal is going to be a lot harder to "package" to the market and the minority shareholders.

It looks like the lid might be coming off this sp, or at the very least loosened enough to make it harder for the russkies to play games.
