  I took a quick look at the VWAP today...it's discouraging psychologically to see it at this level after the run-up to
.98 but inputting a few random dates (mainly 2010 alone) I pretty much came up with a VWAP of around
.79-0.80.

So the runup  to
.98 and decline to the current level makes it look more negative than it actually is...we're around the price point that the bulk of the 10M+ volume in the past 7-10 centres around...and is a new base hopefully.
