There are many folks who firmly believe the Troika shares were a "blind" and was actually orchestrated by Mr Mordashov pulling the strings in the background.  Our new board member Mr Odgen is actually  Richard Ogdon was appointed to the board of directors and the audit committee on December 10, 2009. Mr. Ogdon is currently the Chief Risk and Capital Officer of Troika.

Working with Troika is the Standard Bank, and behind the curtain are Chinese investors.  Now Troika "swears" (nudge nudge wink wink) that they alone own/control the shares.  One hell of a law suit if you ask me.
