Question for the HRG board

Question for the HRG boardIn light of the fact that Severstal was complaining and demanding a special shareholders meeting to nominate  someone to the Crew board because they had more than 5% of the shares, why have the minority HRG stockholders not chosen the same approach?

To be sure holders of HRG can muster way more than 40 million shares necessary.  I am all in favour of putting my shares into the block.  At the last AGM Mr. Glackmeyer was the only board member to show up, and when I put some questions to him, it was clear that he was not working on our behalf.  Our next AGM is in within 90 days or so.

So, how about if we pooled some shares and say nominated a certain individual who lives in the Vancouver area?

Responses welcome!
