CIBC by pass trades
CIBC by pass tradesAnyone else been noticing the CIBC has been putting up by pass trades in the last minute of trading 5 out of the last 6 trading days? Looks to me like Severstal is still up to their old selves, or their confederates have been using CIBC as a proxy.
You have to know Severstal stooges look at this board, so how about getting a seat on the bod of HRG.
