RE: HRG holding and guess who is buying?

Proud is on to something with Morgan Stanley.  Morgan also represents Severstal and they are starting to buy small amounts as of today, the first time this month.  Now Severstal (nor their affiliates) cannot trade HRG (wink wink).

There is also talk of Severstal trying to buy other steel assets in Russia. Their Crew gambit failed, trying to sell their Italian steel assets, rumour their US steel assets are also for sale, makes you wonder if Severstal is selling their non Russian assets (with the exception of gold) in order to clean up their balance sheet.
