RE: RE: RE: Resistence at .83Morgan Stanley has been selling small orders at 83 cents immediately after somebody buys at 84 cents.  This is obvious manipulation to keep the price down.  The only reason I can think for Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to keep the price down is for Severstal to put in a buyout offer for Troika's shares.  If there is a buyout offer, it will have to be much higher than the speculated 76 cents.
