The Troika deal is behind us now.
We all know that it was not in the best interest of the minority holders but on the other hand it made HRG's balance sheet look really good (although the 50 million was not entirely necessary).
Why does it smell bad??
Our upside on this company got impacted by a fifth or so.
I don't care since we should still easily double from here on.
Now that Severstahl has 68% of the company they REALLY will want it to go up, just wait and see.
