Severstal could have worded the news release a bit better, almost reads as if HRG was in trouble. I agree nothing but upside if HRG can swing a bigger piece. Remember Severstal has all JV's separated on their books, and have written off nothing material from Prognoz.
Just another piece of the puzzle. Prognoz would add to the portfilio of assets in the upcoming IPO. What we need now is news on production, reserves, and the status on Royal Gold. Our investments must be well north of 75 million by now.
