BNN "HRG" looks ready!

Since Severstal won't give any press to HRG, I did something about that.  The guest on BNN tonight was Bill Carrigan, the noted technical analyst. I did manage to get my call in, and he was polite enough to comment.  At first he seemed to say to stay away that companies that are out of favour. However, since he is a technical guy, something caught his eye.  He called it a "catapult" and said it could could go right back to it's old highs.  To be fair, he was not up on the news, so, in some ways this is even better as it was totally an unbiased opinion.  But never the less he did look at the chart, and how it has been building over the past year, and seemed to want to know more.
