or let the price go up (to 1.09) before hitting it down again.
That way minorities will be more inclined to accept a bid of 1.25+.
If I can get 1.25+ on my whole position, I would happy to take it.
Then I can move on, although I know the true value of this puppy is at least 30-50% higher than 1.25.
