Takeover Target?

Any idea why Severstal has not proposed a takeover of HRG yet?

IF they want to propose a take over, I'ld think they would first try to frustrate us by keeping the lid on the priceor let the price go up (to 1.09) before hitting it down again.That way minorities will be more inclined to accept a bid of 1.25+.If I can get 1.25+ on my whole position, I would happy to take it.Then I can move on, although I know the true value of this puppy is at least 30-50 ...more

IMHO, I believe the maximum free float of 30% is in the hands of  Sprott and other institutions.Also there are  small but  dedicated longs of this board.A very small percent of float is changing hands on rise and dips.It may be about 10 mn in all.Severstal knows very well that any offer of take over would be turned down at this point.Why would they waste their time and resources ...more

Tottaly agree with you, people need to stop with the buyout offer this will not happend
