RE: What becomes of the shares held by minorities   As you have stated No one has a crystal ball! that being said I don't know for sure what happens to the minority shares. NO ONE DOES..... but it stands to reason that given the fact HRG will make up a big portion of Severstal Gold production #'s ( approx. 1/2 considering recent PR statements have mentioned 640,000 oz. as Severstal Gold production #s for 2010)    Severstal in wanting to fetch top dollar for the IPO would want HRG's SP to be as high as possible.....There are/were some on the BB who were concerned over a possible buyout offer, myself included! However given the second run up over $1.00, the fact Severstal exercised the warrants and the acquisition this week of Sacre-Coeur minerals for $65 mill. CAD  I no longer feel this is a concern.
