I am long on HRG. I must stay long as I bought at higher prices.
I am also sure that HRG share price will go up to $3 or more, IPO or not.
As far a  Prognoz is concerned, IMO, it is in litigation and far way from production.
Without Prognoz and with the clearing of Royal Gold loans and a steadily growing  production coupled with 
the investments in detour and other assets, HRG is a flagship for Severstal.
It should be treated as such.you cannot send out CEOs just like that and bring inwhom eer you want.
I am frustrated to see the way Severstal is managing the affairs of HRG as well as others like CRU.
Why to squeeze out a miniscule minority, making it private and then going public
Why not accomodate/offer equivalent shares in the coming IPO?
This would be a very good promotional strategy to adopt.
It appears the greed is the main reason to squeeze them out.
Severstal website claims" Achieve more Together"- Is it true?
Good public relations, gaining trust and confidence of the market/investors are vital for any forthcoming projects for severstal.
