Every attempt at being heard has fallen on deaf ears and apparently continuing to do so. The Russians have woken up from a deep many year slumber, faced capitalism, embraced it and have taken it to new all time lows. If there's one thing that America has taught the world is good ol' American greed and it looks like others can play that game as well as the Americans.
Bought in at $1.39, tried to get out at $1.25, didn't get filled and still hold on till the next run up, because it doesn't look like Severstal or who ever wants this to dip below the $1.20 mark.
