Hey Proud, please do not lose sight of the fact that Mordashov needs the CA$H from all his buying sprees and he has to pay back some large coin.  He has also picked his "team" and is moving forward.  Can't say I like their business style too much. However Severstal "has" to make this work.  Why else would Severstal/HRG have "greased" the skids on that screw-ball share flip with Troika, they got their pound of flesh, now they have to deliver the IPO proceeds.  This will fly in my opinion.
