Severstahl doesn't care about the stock. They run their business and have their equity position indeed at book/aquisition value.
(Small) investors are the ones who get scared... and they are the ones complaining that the big boys screw them.
Well, let me tell you this, they screw themselves... by being scared out of this stock...

EPS 0.15+
let's be conservative and state that they are capable of delivering 0.10 on a long term basis,
would you gladly pay 1.00 CAD for such a stock?
