The mail below was sent by me to High River and Nord Gold this morning.
It is related to the Bouly (Burkina Faso) resource update given by Mr. Zelenski at a gold conference in Zurich yesterday.


Dear sirs,

yesterday I viewed the presentationgiven by Mr. Zelenski at the Denver Gold Group conference in Zurich.

Mr. Zelenski talked about the exploration projects within Nord gold and mentionedthe very interesting project
inBurkina Faso, called Bouly.
Hestated that the resources of that project are currently at 2 million ounces.
AsBouly is an advanced exploration project that is owned by High River Gold, inwhich Nord Gold has a 72% stake,
Iwould urge the management of High River Gold to communicate this new resourceupdate on Bouly because on
January31st High River sent out a press release with an update of all theresources and Bouly was stated to have 253K ounces as resources.

Asa shareholder of High River Gold, I can not accept that Nord Gold talks inpublic about exploration projects and giving updates
whilethat information is not yet formally communicated to High River shareholdersvia a press release.

Canyou tell me when we can expect a press release about the Burkina Fasoexploration projects, and in particular the Bouly project?
