Basically he says nothing and raises nothing but uncertainty in my opinion. He says HRG "indirectly" owns 50% in Progoz, is this true? If so, how is it indirectly?

I initially got into HRG in 2008 for pennies and have added to my position many times over the years, the latest being at 1.36! lol.  That one hurt. 

I must admit to feeling weary with these guys but because my cost base is low, I have the patience of a saint. If I am to die before this play is settled I am stating in my will that my kids can't sell HRG until this story is over with fair value to the shareholders.  I couldn't possibly feel this strongly without the support and information all of you have provided me.
