Response
ResponseWell obviously HRG must respond to all AGM questions in a short period of time, as I have never seen such a quick response, even if it is with the ole cut and paste technique!! This guy skipped over every question and concern I had and answered the AGM question with his ridiculous response!! I hate the management of this company, and for that alone I will not surrender for less then 2.50 (it goes up by quarter everytime they piss me off)!! Posted response below;
Dear Brad,
We do not believe a conference call is appropriate for an AGM. Since a conference call (rather than a webcast) is only audio, it does not permit full participation. This is especially true in the context of motions that are voted upon by raising hands. A webcast, which we believe is the only acceptable option for an AGM given the considerations I just mentioned, is not possible to arrange because of timing, technical and logistical constraints. While we appreciate your concerns, the conference call may be arranged for audio only and therefore is not acceptable.

Konstantin,
Thanks for the reply. Although I don't believe you really answered the question I posed. The results may not have been late because of the adoption of IFRS, but why was this not communicated to the Markets? I understand you may have followed the rules by posting last minute on SEDAR, but do you not think it is crucial to update the markets with a news release? I also noticed that the Prognoz resources were updated and increased on the website but this too was not communicated to the market or to the Shareholders. Is this done strategically?
Are there any plans to hold a conference call or web meeting for this years AGM? It seems most companies offer this now to shareholders and I wouldn't see why HRG would be any different. You do want to answer questions and concerns from your shareholders, don't you?
I apologize if this email comes across harsh but I guess my frustration is boiling over because of the poor public management of HRG. The markets perception is of greed and mistrust because of the handling of HRG and it is reflected in our share price. We trade at a extreme discounted level and I hope NordGold understands that this will be carried over to them and will be reflected in a discounted valuation of whatever they touch too.
Sincerely,
Brad
