Dear Vincent,

Thank you for investing in High River.

We do not believe a conference call is appropriate for an AGM. Sincea conference call (rather than a webcast) is only audio, it does not permit fullparticipation. This is especially true in the context of motions that are votedupon by raising hands. A webcast, which we believe is the only acceptableoption for an AGM given the considerations I just mentioned, is not possible toarrange because of timing, technical and logistical constraints. While weappreciate your concerns, the conference call may be arranged for audioonly and therefore is not acceptable.

Best regards,

As all can see everyone gets the same BS, We will be sending this rebuttal!!
"Whois we?"  Do not take liberties with Me Sir! Minority shareholders arein constant contact, and 100% of minorities find it appropriate. Perhapsyou have not realized that Severstal has failed on multiple occasionsto take over, thus HRG is still a public company. The fact of the matteris Severstal and HRG's BOD continue to put precedence on Severstalsbest interest and in doing so are breaking not only the BOD's sworn oathto look out for the BEST Interest of ALL shareholders, They areBREAKING the Law. I expect a timely response and do not attempt toplacate me with generic and vague answers. I want hard facts andevidence as to why my request for transparency is not considered appropriate and Who decides what is appropriate? Names, first and last and the positions these individuals hold with either HRG, or Severstal
