Well I guess Nicole (OSC) didn't know too much as it states in the HRG release last night that the management cease trade was brought on by the OSC on March 15th.  So HRG was warned about non-disclosure on March 1st but a cease trade took 2 weeks more? 

 

I guarantee that your emails and calls to the OSC brought an immediate warning to HRG but in the end they just released a bullsh*t release stating absolutely nothing!!  "It's taking longer than expected blah blah blah!"  So much for the OSC getting tougher........when I get some time I will send an email about the non-disclosure warning and why the OSC has not enforced the bi-weekly updates and also ask about possible other non-disclosure issues like Prognoz.........
