I talked to Nicole, and she didn't have much info other than the insiders have a self inflicted cease trade order.  She didn't know anything about the biweekly news releases.

I then called Alexey at Nordgold but it was 17:30 in Amsterdam so no luck......Nova

  Hello Alexey,   HRG announced they would be putting out these reports due to the OSC holding them in default for failure to issue an updated NI 43-101 for the 2 Russian mines.   I have never seen a news release since they announced this on March 3rd.   What’s going on?   Terry [e-mail]

Well I guess Nicole (OSC) didn't know too much as it states in the HRG release last night that the management cease trade was brought on by the OSC on March 15th.  So HRG was warned about non-disclosure on March 1st but a cease trade took 2 weeks more?    I guarantee that your emails and calls to the OSC brought an immediate warning to HRG but in the end they just released a
